Meet the Inventors
Adam and I have been close friends since we met at Keele University in 1991. He went vegetarian in college, and I followed a similar path—becoming vegetarian at 16, then vegan 22 years later after learning more about the dairy industry. That shift, 13 years ago, was one of the best decisions I’ve made.
Tofuture began in our garden, after Adam (mid-trampoline stunt) broke a rib and ended up stuck on the sofa. While he recovered, I was in the kitchen, balancing tofu under a chopping board stacked with tins and cookbooks—when we realized, there had to be a better way.
